Abstract Collection
YesEvents, a corporate event coordinator, offers an online application to manage conference authors, documents and reviewers. YesEvents sets up the application and then link to the application from the conference website. When using this application customers are given a unique domain name such as http://your-name.abstractsmanager.com/ from which to use Abstracts Manager. This domain name can be masked with the domain name of your choice if you wish. Authors, reviewers, conference organizers and the conference committee are then given access to the relevant parts of the application. The application is not intended for the general public. The conference website will link to the relevant parts of application for authors and reviewers.
The application contains 3 overall control panels:

Administrator Control Panel: Set-up the application as per the precise needs of your conference
- Authors Control Panel: Speakers or authors who wish to submit documents to the conference do so via this control panel. Authors manage their documents and their personal details from this control panel
- Reviewer Control Panel: Reviewers who score documents do so via this control panel. Reviewers are automatically invited to access documents assigned to them once the administrators have set them up in the administrator control panel
