| Yes, please call the Dallas Sheraton at 888-627-8191 and be sure to mention the JCPenney Supplier Summit and Afterschool Benefit when making your reservations. A limited number of rooms are available at the special rate of $159/night, and the deadline to receive this rate is May 3, 2010. |
| My company was only allowed to bring 2 guests to the Supplier Summit, but I would like to add one more. What do I do? |
| Due to space limitations, it is unlikely that we will be able to accommodate requests for additional seats. However, if you would like to place a request to add another guest for the Summit, please send a note to jcpinfo@yesevents.com and the request will be entered on to a waiting list. If your request is granted, you will be notified by e-mail. |

| Can I attend the Benefit if I sign up for the Supplier Summit? |
| You may come to the Benefit only if you purchase a Branded or Table Sponsorship Package. Donations to JCPenney Afterschool are greatly appreciated, but they do not provide for admission to the Benefit. When you have completed your Summit registration, you will then have the opportunity to register for the Benefit or make a donation. |

| Is my Benefit table purchase or donation to JCPenney Afterschool tax-deductible? |
| Yes, the JCPenney Afterschool Fund is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and, as such, your contribution is deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations are fully tax-deductible. The portion of a sponsorship that exceeds the fair market value of goods received is deductible. You will receive an acknowledgement shortly after the Benefit takes place confirming the portion of your sponsorship that is considered to be a donation. |
| Can I purchase a table now and pay after the Benefit? |
| No, JCPenney Afterschool respectfully requests that all Table Sponsorship payments be received in full no later than May 7, 2010. Your timeliness will better enable JCPenney Afterschool to perform its mission of providing America's children with access to life-enriching afterschool opportunities. |
| If I made a donation but did not purchase a Branded or Table Sponsorship Package, can I attend the Benefit? |
| No. Please know that we sincerely appreciate all donations; however, due to seating constraints, only those companies that purchase a Branded or Table Sponsorship package are able to attend the Benefit. |

| JCPenney will make note of any particular requests submitted to us via email, but we cannot guarantee that requests can be accommodated. Please do not list JCPenney associates when registering table guests for your company. |
| If I buy a sponsorship package that allows my company to bring up to 10 guests to the Benefit, can I also bring the same number of people to the JCPenney Supplier Summit? |
| No, the two events are completely separate, and, therefore, the number of tables (i.e., seats) you purchase for the Benefit has no direct correlation to the number of seats you are allotted at the JCPenney Supplier Summit. | Admission to the VIP Reception (up to 10 guests) is included with all Branded Sponsorship Packages and the Prestige Level Table Sponsorship. In addition, each Platinum Table Sponsorship includes admission for up to 2 guests to attend the VIP Reception. For more details on Sponsorship Packages, click on the Benefit tab. |
