We train the temporary staff (or send our own!) on the approved procedures as well as how to provide professional customer service to registrants. When YesEvents travels to your event you have access to all your event data. We are able to create reports onsite that will help you with your room set ups and catering guarantees. YesEvents will reconcile the onsite transactions daily. Credit card transactions are settled automatically and we can even make bank deposits if there is a bank nearby.
