YesEvents provides special event online registration in addition to our other event management services. On-line registration begins with a collaborative effort to create an online registration form that has the look and feel of your existing web site. YesEvents can create a customized form for complex events or conferences or use a template for more basic events or conferences. Our experienced sales staff can assist you in making the right decision.
Your attendee will visit the official event web site and click on the "To Register for the Event" link that will take the registrant to our secure (Verisign ®) site. The registrant will then complete the appropriate fields required for registration. Upon completion, the registrant would submit the registration form. Our system then automatically processes the credit card payments* received, deposits the data into our database and sends an immediate confirmation letter to the attendee.
Immediate integration of registrations received on-line with transactions made through our call center, by facsimile or by mail on line to permit you to view all event transactions from the Report Center.
Our on-line sales facility connects to the internet via a broadband T1 line through a Dell server using ISA technology for security. The web servers, each with VeriSign certification for the protection of credit card information, are redundant, load balanced Dells, both with dual Xeon processors. Your database is written to mirrored hard drives with a complete backup performed on disk many times each day. A separate server writes your entire database to a removable digital audio tape every night. As a further enhancement to the security of your data, our entire internet facility is scanned at random times daily to detect any security vulnerabilities. If none are found, the HackerSafe logo appearing on your registration page will be updated to certify safety. Our security arrangements comply with both Visa and MasterCard's latest and most rigorous security requirements.
